Our family run restaurant gives you the opportunity to indulge your appetite through a new way of eating; a combination of the old and new generations through our 30 years of experience. Whatever you see you will get, an all new way of eating our Indian cuisine, a culture which has such an impact to the UK and throughout the whole world.
My belief is that this new way of eating is grounded on high quality homemade ingredients. My mother’s recipes have always stayed in my heart and I insist on using these as the basis for our dishes. Watching and observing my mum cook from a young age in the northern region of Sylhet gave me a unique take on the use our of own traditional south east Asian recipes to make sure that the taste experience you get is wholly unique and compared to any other restaurant. The innovation of new dishes is further enriched through a lot of travelling. From a young age I have travelled to different parts of the world to try and learn about the new recipes and contrasting types of spices. I now draw upon these experiences to bring you creative and new ways of enjoying food. The spices are uniquely blended by me (Shams) in our own kitchen so with passion and love and I am delighted to share them with you.
