Rightly or wrongly, some Indian food has a reputation for being heavy, calorie packed and unhealthy. In the past, some restaurants may have been guilty of packing in the oils, colourants and flavour enhancers. This has never been our approach, and as we continue to respond to the nation’s ever more health conscious preference for lighter meals, lower in fats and salt, we are developing fabulous, lighter, tapas style Asian home cooked treats, packed with flavour, healthy and delicious.
This means that you can grab smaller portions, experiment with new flavours and ingredients and be safe in the knowledge that we have crafted meals to suit your dietary requirements without compromising on taste or quality. These lighter tapas style bites will be rolled out in this our 30th year since foundation. Watch this space and keep an eye on new additions to our expanding menu!
